4. Terms and Conditions:

4.1  The premium discount offer is only applicable for policies with　  effective date on/before 20th Apr 2012.

4.2  All insurance policies will be underwritten by China Taiping  Insurance (Macau) Co. Ltd. or Luen Fung Hang Insurance Ltd.

4.3  The payee must be holder of a BOC account and has activated his/her BOCNET(Personal) account.

4.4  All insured persons should be holders of valid Macau Identity Card.

4.5  In case of any dispute, the decision of BOC Macau Branch shall be final and conclusive.

4.6  In the event of any discrepancy between Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
