4. Terms and conditions:
1. The Lucky Draw will be held after each one of the four transaction sessions. All winners (including 10 reserve winners) will be drawn randomly by our computer system.
2. Customers who were born in July or August will get double entries to the Lucky Draw automatically for payments of every MOP/HKD/RMB300 with their BOC Panda Cards.
3. The winners of Prize II, Prize III and Prize IV may join the activities with one accompanying family member.
4. During the promotion period, new cardholders of BOC Panda Credit Card will be eligible for double entries to the Lucky Draw for payments of every MOP/HKD/RMB300 with their BOC Panda Cards (Maximum 20 entries).
5. For existing customers, payment of every MOP/HKD/RMB300 or above (not including annual fee charges and money withdraw) with BOC Panda Credit Card can get one entry to the Lucky Draw. (Maximum 10 entries)
6. Payments made by supplementary card will be combined to the account of the primary card. Only cardholder of the primary card is eligible for entry to the Lucky Draw.
7. The records kept by the system of the Bank shall be final. Each payment of MOP/HKD/RMB300 and above (or the equivalent in the case of payments in other currencies) with BOC Panda card will be eligible for one entry to the lucky draw. Refund or error correction transactions are not valid for entry.
8. Winners will be notified individually that they have won.
9. Entrants must be cardholders of a BOC Panda Card to be qualified for winning a prize.
10. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. The Bank is not the vendor and shall not be held responsible for the quality of the prizes.
11. Employees of the Bank or its affiliated organizations are not eligible for this promotional program.
12. The Bank reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotional program or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the bank shall be final and conclusive.
13. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
