3.1  Reward-1 : Interest-free Statement Installment Plan Online (“The Plan”)

3.1.1  Offer details: Apply for this interest-free Plan now to cover all your shopping or cash advance transactions made anywhere around the world with your BOC credit cards to enjoy the longest repayment periods up to 12 months, handling fee as low as 0.46% and handling fee waiver up to 3 months if apply online! Payments on your traveling expenses, shopping, wedding parties and tuition fee are all eligible.

3.1.3  Terms and Conditions:

(1) The Plan is only available to BOC or Tai Fung Bank Credit Cards (except for BOC Prepaid Card, Business Card, RMB Card and Intown Card) issued in Macau.

(2) Offer is only valid for online application via the website of BOC Credit Card.

(3) Cardholders may apply online for the Plan after payment has been made by BOC or Tai Fung Bank Credit Cards during the promotion period. Only successful applications will be eligible for the offers.

(4) Cardholders who have successfully applied for the 6-month or 12-month Plan can enjoy 1-month and 3-month handling fee waiver respectively.

(5) The minimum loan amount for the Plan is HKD/MOP/CNY1,200.

(6) Transaction records kept by the computer system of BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the “Company”) shall be final. Only one promotion offer of the Company shall apply for each eligible transaction.

(7) Any fraudulent, unauthorized, cancelled or refunded transactions will result in the forfeiture of eligibility for this promotion. If the cardholder account has been cancelled or is found to be in violation of the Card User Agreement, or if any statement balance has been overdue and unpaid, the eligibility for this promotion will be forfeited.

3.2  Reward-2 : Up to 5 times standard gift points rewards for payments with BOC Credit Cards overseas

3.2.1  Offer details : Earn up to 5 times standard gift point rewards for payments for purchases with BOC Credit Cards while your travel overseas (excluding Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China) or cash advance transactions made during the promotion period! The upper limit of extra gift point rewards for each cardholder (per ID number) is 25,000 points.

3.2.3  Terms and Conditions:

(1) The offer is only available to BOC and Tai Fung Bank Credit Cards (except for BOC Prepaid Card, Business Card, RMB Card and Intown Card) issued in Macau.

(2) All transactions made in currencies different from respective credit card currency or in regions outside Macau will be converted to HKD or MOP at an exchange rate determined by VISA/MasterCard plus a handling fee of 0.95% (if applicable). The amount, together with the other charges by VISA/MasterCard (if any), will be posted to the credit card account.

(3) Only transactions made abroad (in regions outside Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China) during the promotion period and be posted to the card account on or before 10 June 2012 will be eligible for this offer.

(4) Extra gift points for eligible credit card transactions will be rewarded in 2 tiers：3 times standard gift points for transactions of MOP/HKD4,000 below (i.e. a total of 3 gift points for each MOP/HKD1 spending), which means 2 times extra; 5 times standard gift points for transactions of MOP/HKD4,000 or above (i.e. a total of 5 gift points for each MOP/HKD1 spending), which means 4 times extra. However, the maximum extra gift points reward a cardholder (per ID number) may earn is 25,000 points. Such extra gift point reward offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers of the Company.

(5) Transactions will be counted on a per credit card number basis. Therefore, transactions of credit cards under the same cardholder’s ID will be counted separately. However, transactions of additional credit cards will be combined to the main credit card account.

(6) “Eligible transaction” means retail purchases or cash advance transactions. For installment programs, only those installment payment transactions posted within the promotion period will be counted. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, cancelled or refunded transactions will result in the forfeiture of eligibility for this promotion. If the cardholder account has been cancelled or is found to be in violation of the Card User Agreement, or if any statement balance has been overdue and unpaid, the eligibility for this promotion will be forfeited.

(7) All eligible transactions should be made abroad (regions outside Macau, Hong Kong and Mainland China). Transactions made by mail orders, telephone or fax orders, online or non-shop trades are excluded. The transaction records kept by the computer system of the Company shall be final.

(8) Extra gift points will be credited to the cardholder’s account after the promotion and will be shown on the monthly statement.

(9) The expiry day of extra gift points and standard gift points are the same. The cardholder can exchange for gifts with valid gift points in the account. For related terms and conditions, please refer to Gift Point Catalogue of the Company.

(10) All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Bank.
