4.1 12% Discount Dining Offers

• 4.1.1 In order to enjoy the offers, payment must be settled with an eligible BOC Card. Please specify your intention to settle the payment with an eligible BOC card during reservation or before be seated.
• 4.1.2 Exclusive offers and discounts are valid for dine in only. The offers do not include 10% service charge. Discounts apply to the original price of the item.

4.2 Reward of the dinning coupons

• 4.2.1 Cardholders are required to settle payment with BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards & BOC Tri-Currency Debit Cards for spending HKD∕MOP350 or above at any restaurant located in Hong Kong∕Macau during promotion period. "Eligible Transaction" does not include cash advance, purchase or order made via internet, transaction without original and credit card sales slips or printed merchant receipts, or other unauthorized transaction or fraud and abuse transaction.
• 4.2.2 Cardholders are required to register details of the eligible transaction in www.upreward.com to redeem the MOP50 Dining Cash Coupon.
• 4.2.3 If a cardholder makes more than one purchase with BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards & BOC Tri-Currency Debit Cards in the same merchant on a single day, the cardholder should select one of the qualified transactions to register only.
• 4.2.4 Cardholders can redeem a maximum of 3 sets of HKD∕MOP50 Dining Cash Coupon with the same eligible BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards & BOC Tri-Currency Debit Cards in the whole promotion period.
• 4.2.5 One registration is for one eligible transaction, repeated registration is deemed to be cancelled. The registration period is from 00:01, July19, 2013 to 23:59, September 4, 2013 (HKSAR time), according to the system clock of the website.
• 4.2.6 Cardholders are required to register at www.upreward.com for redeeming Dining Cash Coupon. Customers must read and acknowledge the terms and conditions and then enter the required information, including their BOC UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card number, English name in full, email address, mailing address, telephone number and transaction details.
• 4.2.7 The dining cash coupon of Future Bright Group is applicable to designated branches of Madeira Portuguese Restaurant, Shanghai 456 Restaurant, 456 Modern Shanghai Cuisine, Shiki Hot Pot Restaurant, Edo Japanese Restaurant, Good Fortune Noodle, Food Paradise, Hundred Tastes Kitchen (Taiwanese Cuisine), Toei Delights, Royal Thai Kitchen, Vergnano Italian Restaurant, Turtle Essence Shop, Musashi and Pacific Coffee under Future Bright Group located in Macau.
• 4.2.8 The dining cash coupons are applicable to designated branches of Pacific Coffee, Spaghetti House and Tao Heung Group located in Hong Kong.
• 4.2.9 Cardholders will be notified individually by registered email for redemption result from China Unionpay Hong Kong Branch.
• 4.2.10 Redemption of Dining Cash Coupon is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
• 4.2.11 China Unionpay Hong Kong Branch will send out the Dining Cash Coupon by surfacemail to cardholders on or before November 15, 2013. In the case of NOT receiving Dining Cash Coupon by November 15, 2013, please contact (852) 3122 2338 for enquiry of this redemption program. (Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00-19:00).
• 4.2.12 Cardholders will be regarded as forgoing the Dining Cash Coupon.
• 4.2.13 Personal information provided by cardholders in this promotion would be transferred to ESD Life Services Limited and International SOS (Hong Kong) Limited for the purposes of administration, documentation and delivery of prizes of the promotion. Personal information is collected for the purpose of this promotion only and all personal information will be destroyed on November 30, 2013. 4.3 Offers cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other goods or used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
