1. All participants must be BOC customers aged 18 or above and have registered his name in Chinese or in English, Investment Account number and contact phone number for the lucky draws (Investment Account number can be found by logging in to BOCNET > Investment > Securities > Portfolio.). Personal information collected will be used for the lucky draw purposes only.

2. Every customer is limited to win one prize per month in each ‘Monthly Lucky Draw’; however, there is no limit on the number of prizes a Customer may win during the entire Promotion Period.

3. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

4. Bank of China Macau Branch will not be responsible if any participant do not receive the notification results and/or collect prizes because he has filled in incomplete or incorrect personal information for the lucky draws.

5. The Customer will be entitled to a lucky draw entry only if his stock trading transaction has been completed in the exchange. Only the record maintained by the Bank shall prevail.

6. The winner has to present a valid identity proof for verification to receive the prize.

7. Winners will be selected randomly through a computer system. The lucky drawing ceremonies will be held in November and December respectively.

8. Results of the lucky draws will be published on BOC Website. Winners will be notified individually.

9. Winners must be the holders of BOC Multi-currency Credit Cards in order to receive the bonus point rewards. If the winner does not have any valid BOC Multi-currency Credit Card, he has to complete the credit card application procedure within a month after receiving the notification. Winners who do not complete the application within the 1-month period will forfeit his prize. The prize will be awarded to the first reserve winner.

10. Employees of Bank of China Macau Branch will not participate in these lucky draws.

11. Bank of China Macau Branch reserves the right to amend/stop or cancel the promotion activity or amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion activity, Bank of China Macau Branch’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
