STEP 3: Touch "精彩生活"→ "中銀‧新八佰伴名車大抽獎" on the screen to go to the relevant page.

STEP 4: Enter the “REF NO” and “Date” correctly as shown on your sales slips and touch “確認”and “提交” to submit and finish the entry process.

Result of the Lucky Draw and prizes collection procedures will be announced on/before March 31, 2015.

5. Lexus Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

5.1 For every single purchase of MOP 300 or more at New Yaohan with a BOC Multi-Currency Credit Card or BOC Cards within the period from December 9, 2014 to February 28, 2015, the customer is entitled for an entry to theLexus Lucky Draw. The more you buy the more entries you get.

5.2 All eligible purchase transactions must be registered within the period from December 9, 2014 9:00 am to February 28, 2015 11:59 pm. Registrations made after the period will be voided.

5.3 Each eligible purchase transaction can be registered for entry to the lucky draw for once only. Duplicated entry will be voided.

5.4 The transaction records kept by the system of Bank of China Macau Branch (“The Bank”) shall be conclusive. The Bank reserves the right to verify the credit card sales slips.

5.5 Winners and prize collection arrangement will be announced on/before March 31, 2015 at the Bank’s website: www.bocmacau.com

5.6. Offers cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other goods or used in conjunction with other promotion offers.

5.7. Employees of the Bank are not allowed to participate in this Promotion.

6. “5% Cash Back” Terms and Conditions

6.1 Purchase transactions made by all Eligible Cards, even for main cards or additional cards, with individual card numbers will all be calculated separately. Cash back offer is applicable for purchase transactions made with any Eligible Cards at participating merchants. Refunded, cash withdrawal, chips redemption, split payment or fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for this Offer. The Bank reserves the right to charge back any cash back reward which is not eligible for this Offer with prior notice sent by SMS message to the cardholder.

6.2 Credit cardholder with overdue payments or irregular account status during this promotion period will lose eligibility to this Offer and may not participate in this promotion.

6.3 Cash back rewards will be calculated monthly. Cash rewards for the month will be credited to the Eligible Card account within 90 days. In case of any disputes regarding the amount of cash rewards, the cardholders should call BOC Service Hotline within 30 days after receiving the rewards. After the 30-day period, cardholder shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted the cash reward.

7. General Terms and Conditions

7.1 In order to enjoy the offers, payment must be settled with an eligible BOC Multi-Currency UnionPay Credit Cards and BOC Cards

7.2 Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.

7.3 Offers cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other goods or used in conjunction with other promotion offers

7.5 The merchants are the providers of products and services and shall be solely responsible for all liabilities relating to such product or service.
