3.1.1 Mainland BOC credit card:

4.“5% Cash Back” terms & conditions :
4.1 Purchase transactions made by main cards or additional cards and by Eligible Cards with different card numbers will all be calculated separately. Cash back offer is applicable for purchase transactions made with an Eligible Cards at participating merchants. Refunded , cash withdrawal, chips redemption, split payment or fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for this Offer. Bank of China reserves the right to charge back any cash back reward which is not eligible for this Offer with prior notice by SMS message to the cardholder.
4.2 Credit cardholder with overdue payments or irregular account status during this promotion period will lose eligibility to this Offer and may be participate in this promotion.
4.3 Cash back rewards will be calculated monthly. Cash rewards for the month will be credited to the eligible cardholders’ account within 90 days. In case of any disputes regarding the amount of cash rewards, the cardholders should call BOC Service Hotline within 30 days after receiving the rewards. After the 30-day period, cardholder shall be deemed to have agreed and accepted the cash reward.
5.“Dining offers” terms & conditions
5.1 In order to enjoy the offers, payment must be settled with an eligible BOC Multi-Currency Credit Cards / BOC Platinum Cards. / BOC Cards/ other BOC credit cards or debit cards. Please specify your intention to settle the payment with an eligible BOC card during reservation.
5.2 Other BOC credit cards or debit cards mean non-platinum BOC credit cards or other BOC debit cards.
5.3 Offers are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax. All charges apply to the original price of the items.
5.4 Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
5.5 Offers cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other goods or used in conjunction with any other discount, or transferred.
