4.1 “New investment account opening” means to open a new investment account during the promotion period. This offer is only applicable to customers who have not held any account of the same type in the last 6 months prior to the date the new account is opened.

4.2 Self-Service transaction channels refer to transactions that are executed via BOCNET, BOC Service Hotline-Self Service or Mobile Banking.

4.3 “BOC Multi-Currency Credit Card Free Spending Credits Lucky Draw” is only applicable to Shanghai A shares or HK stock orders completed. The records of the Bank are conclusive.

4.4 For every HKD/RMB 100,000 accumulated trading amount, existing customer will be entitled to one lucky draw chance (new account customer will be entitled to two lucky draw chances). Any accumulated trading amount below HKD/RMB 100,000 will not be entitled to any lucky draw chance.

4.5 Winners will be drawn randomly through computer system in January 2016.

4.6 There will be 10 reserved winners for every prize of the “BOC Multi-Currency Credit Card Free Spending Credits Lucky Draw” .

4.7 The result of the Lucky Draw will be announced at the BOC website. Winners will be notified individually.

4.8 To be eligible to the free spending credits rewards, winners must be holders of BOC Multi-currency Credit Cards. If the winner does not have any valid BOC Multi-currency Credit Card, he/she has to complete the credit card application procedure within a month after receiving the notification. Winners who do not complete the application within the 1-month period will forfeit his prize. The prize will be awarded to the first reserve winner.

4.9 Winner shall hold his/her Investment Account at the time the prize is delivered. Otherwise, the winner will not be qualified to receive the prize.

4.10 Employees of Bank of China Macau Branch will not participate in these lucky draws.
