Terms and Conditions
1. The lucky draw only applies to government employees and teachers customers.
2. The date of registration and transaction data shall be based on the computer system records of Bank of China Macau Branch.
3. Customer has to apply and activate BOC online banking and BOC Multi-Currency Credit Card during the promotion period to participate in Lucky Draw.
4. The Lucky Draw winners will be notified individually in July and have to collect the prizes in person with personal ID at designated sub-branches within 30 days (Date of notification included). Prize not collected within 30 days will be considered as given up voluntarily.
5. The winners shall still be our clients at the date of prize collection.
6. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash; Bank of China Macau Branch shall not be responsible for the quality of all prizes (except for BOC e-Wallet Card).The Bank reserves the right to replace the prizes with gifts of equal value.
7. The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
