Kindly be informed that our bank will adjust the limit of investment risk tolerance assessment retries in online banking and mobile banking from December 10, 2023 (Sunday) as follows:

1.Once the investment risk tolerance assessment questionnaire is submitted and confirmed by customers via online banking and/or mobile banking, customers can only have the assessment again after 60 minutes.

2.The investment risk tolerance assessment questionnaire cannot be submitted and confirmed by customers more than twice a day via online banking or mobile banking. Once the submission day limit is reached, customers can only assess investment risk tolerance again the next day or visit our bank in person for assistance.
