Kindly be informed that our bank has been issuing the chip-enabled BOC debit cards since 2014 with a validity period of ten years, some cards are currently approaching their expirations. Therefore, we kindly encourage all cardholders to take notice of the expiry date on the card (MM/YY, indicating month/year). If your card is about to expire, please bring your valid identification document and the existing card to any of our branches to initiate the card replacement process. We gently remind you without taking this action may unfortunately prevent you from using the card once the expiry date is reached.
