To further strengthen the security of credit card online transactions and better protect your interests, enhanced security verification measures will be implemented for online credit card transactions starting from December 29, 2025.

Credit card customers who have registered for the BOC Macau App service must complete transaction verification via the app, replacing the previous SMS one-time password (SMS OTP) verification method. Credit card customers who have not yet registered for the BOC Macau App service will continue to use the current SMS OTP method for transaction verification.

If you forget your login password, you may reset it using either the “Bank of China Card Verification” function or the “Facial Recognition (One Account) ” function within the app to reset your password, or visit any of our branches.
