To further enhance credit card transaction security, our bank will launch the “Credit Card Email Transaction Notification” service starting 29 March 2026. Details of the service are as follows:

Credit card customers who have registered a valid email address, upon completion (or cancellation) of a transaction, will receive a transaction email notification in addi-tion to the existing SMS and WeChat push notifications. The email will clearly indicate the transaction status (successful or failed); in the event of a failed transaction, the specific reason will also be provided. Other transaction types (such as repayments, refunds, and payments) are not currently included in this email notification service.

Customers who have not yet registered an email address are encouraged to visit any branch to update their information.
