To provide a more convenient digital banking experience, our bank will launch the “Un-ionPay QR Code-based ATM Cash Withdrawal Service” starting from June 1, 2026. The specific withdrawal procedure is as follows:

Customers holding a BOC card and registered for BOC Macau APP can use this service at our bank’s ATMs or other ATMs in Macau that support “UnionPay QR Code-based ATM Cash Withdrawal Service”. To complete a transaction, please select the function and pre-ferred currency on the ATM screen, scan the displayed QR code using the mobile app, enter the withdrawal amount, and authenticate with your password. No physical card insertion is required.
