All in one heart for fund raising – the 24th Walk for Millions was grandly held in the morning of 9th of December at Avenida Dr. Sun Yat Sen. People from all walks of life had been generously donated and supported to help make 2007 a record fund-raising year for Walk for Millions, which hauled an all-time high of $9.5 million, as reported in the newspaper.
At 10 a.m., the guests of honor cut the ribbon to start the walk. Thus, over 38,000 participants started moving up. All along the way, there were colorful flags flying, golden “dragon and lion” dancing and music playing to celebrate. Our General Manager, Mr. Ye Yi-Xin, together with Deputy General Managers, Ms. Wong Lai-Jie and Mr. Ip Sio-Kai, and other executive members led the BOC team consisting of 200 staff members, all wearing a brand-new designed sport outfit matching perfectly with our incorporate image, walked for charity in high spirits.
