During the spring dinner held by the Kiang Wu Charitable Association at MGM on February 13, 2014, Mr. Ye Yixin, General Manager of the Macau Branch presented a donation fund of MOP563,187, which is a portion of the profit from the Charity Card for the period from November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2013, to the Association. Mr. Liu Chak-Wan, President of the Association received the donation on behalf of the Association.
The donation is only a gesture of Bank of China to show our support for charity activities in Macau. More importantly, we wish to draw the attention of the general public to know that through the use of the Charity Card, they are actually participating in a charitable event and to be happy about this.
