Globally, there are 800 million people living in hunger, meaning one out of nine people go to bed with a hungry stomach. And all they dream of is to have enough food to eat. Connect the world with love and support starving children by participating in Famine campaigns!
World Vision of Macau Association will run a "10-Hour Famine Camp" from 10am to 8pm and Famine Night from 5pm to 8pm on May 17, 2015 (Sunday) at College Diocesano de Sao Jose Macau (No. 253, Rua Central de Toi San). The donation from this year’s Macau Famine will be used to support World Vision’s food security and development projects in needy areas around the world. Bank of China Macau Branch will continue to support this charitable event by providing various channels and waiving all handling fees.
In addition to making at any BOC branches, customers of BOC may donate through BOC Mobile Banking, BOCNET(Personal) or BOC Express. Donations made through these channels are easy to operate - simply select “Donation” after logging in, then select “World Vision” > Special Program > “Macau Famine”. Donors who require a receipt please print the online transaction screen or keep the transaction slip of BOC Express, or dial 2835 2740 to contact World Vision 2015 - Macau Division for the official receipt.
