Description
The bank guarantee verification service is a professional service provided by our bank to customers. Through this service, beneficiaries, warrantees, and other relevant parties of the guarantee can quickly and accurately verify the authenticity and validity of various types of guarantees which issued in written by our bank, ensuring the security and compliance of transactions.
Scope of Application
This service is only applicable to the verification of corporate guarantees issued in written by our bank.
Applicable Customers
This service is only applicable to the relevant parties specified in the corporate guarantees that require verification, including beneficiaries and warrantees.
Application Procedures
1. Through bank counter
Customers should complete the bank's standard form, i.e. "Corporate Guarantee Verification Application" and attach the original or a certified true copy of bank guarantee. The application should be submitted to the Transaction Banking Department of our bank, either by mail or in person.
2. Through other bank
Customers may apply through our correspondent bank via letter or authenticated SWIFT, providing the essential elements of the guarantee to be verified (including but not limited to the guarantee number, guarantee amount, issuance date, name of beneficiary, name of warrantees, etc.) and relevant materials.
3. Bank’s Procedure
Our bank will conduct a preliminary review of the application information. Once the application materials are confirmed to be complete and correct, the verification request will be officially accepted.
4. Result Feedback
After the verification is completed, our bank will provide the verification results to the contact details specified by the applicant in written form. Our bank will not verify the authenticity of our guarantees through verbal means or by sending unauthenticated letters via employees' personal email accounts.
