Procedures for Application 

Accepted owned firms, registered corporations in Macau (including the Limited, Limited and offshore companies), community or school to apply for services. The document included “Tax Registration Invoice” <M1&M8> issued by DSF, Shareholder / Director / Council Minutes, user I.D. document etc. Welcome to apply for this service at any branch and sub-branch.

Two-factor authentication

Your company also can choose to use a transaction password for security verification, or access the system and get authorization by a Macau government issued electronic certificate, enabling you to manage your online banking with maximum convenience and peace of mind.

System Management 

Provided set up users, accounts and operation function via the internet. It is equipped with comprehensive authorization features that allow you to specify the authority class for the users for different accounts.

Payroll and Batch Payment Services

Provide batch file upload and process, may include multi-currency in the file for oversea remittance, local bank remittance and BOC account transfer. Provide stop payment function, insufficient fund backup accounts, and able notify Operator/Approver by E-mail on each step.

Batch Direct-Debit Services

Provide HKD/MOP BOC direct-debit, inquiry of Tenant’s Information, and inquiry direct-debit or counter payment result.

Inward & Outward Bills Settlement Services

Provide L/C apply/ modify Application, pre-set entrust amount application, inquire import/export data and forms download.

Other Services　

Users may also from time to time amend their personal information, change password, cancel or suspend iT's Banking Service, report of lost cheques and freeze their account etc.
