Bank of China (Macau) Limited (“BOC (Macau)”) acts as an agent for the trading of securities listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE ARCA. BOC (Macau) acts as an agent, instead of serving as a trustee, of securities trading. All transactions are conducted by third-party securities firms in the U.S. market in the name of brokers through various Exchanges or trading platforms.

Eligible Customers

Any designated customers that are non-U.S. individuals with relevant investment experience and a certain level of risk tolerance. Non-U.S. individual customers are required to fill in the W-8BEN form to declare that they are not U.S. individuals. If a non-U.S. individual has income (such as interest or dividends) from the U.S., taxes are payable to the U.S. For more information on tax treaties, please visit the website of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or consult your tax advisor. BOC (Macau) will review the access requirements of designated customers from time to time and provide U.S. securities services accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Charge of Stock Quotation Details:

Quotation Service is only available to non-professional users. The Quotation Service for U.S. Securities is free of charge until further notice has been given by BOC (Macau). The trading volume of U.S. securities will also increase the number of free stock quotation for Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen stocks every month.
