Travel Insurance services for personal customers are provided by Bank of China (Macau) Limited while Travel Insurance services for corporate and institutional customers are provided by Bank of China Limited Macau Branch. This insurance policy provides global accident and medical protection, in addition to emergency support services no matter you are traveling on holiday or for business. The coverage further extends to include baggage and other personal effects, travel delay and cancellation & etc.

Application procedure

Customers can apply at our sub-branches or via BOCNET(Personal).

Documents required

1. Please present your valid identify documents if apply at our sub-branches.

2. The insured must hold valid Macau ID card if apply via BOCNET(Personal).
