Terms and Conditions
- Spend Period: 1 April 2015 to 31 May 2015
- Redemption Period: 15 April 2015 to 15 June 2015
- Redemption centre: Short-Q Pte Ltd, 150 Orchard Road #05-10 Orchard Plaza Singapore 238841, Tel: 8414 0751. Operating hours: 11am - 6pm (Wednesday - Sunday, except on Public Holidays)
- Valid for local retail transactions only
- Limited to first 500 redemptions
- All redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis. Prizes/gifts are available while stocks last only
- Transactions must be charged to a valid BOC Credit Card issued by BOC Singapore Branch
- Charge slips for the following transactions are NOT eligible: online/phone purchase, overseas transactions, ez-link top up, bill payments, annual fee, finance charges, charge back, Flexi-Balance payments, purchase made through Instalment Payment Plans, IRAS processing fee, reversals, cash advance, disputed transactions and any other bank-related fees
- Combine spend between Principal and Supplementary Cards are not allowed
- Maximum ten (10) charge slips per redemption & limited to one (1) redemption per Cardmember per promotion period
- Each charge slip can only be used once for redemption purposes
- Authorisation by third party is not allowed
- BOC reserves the rights to charge the full value of the gifts should the credit card transactions be cancelled, void, or spending criteria are not met
- BOC reserves the rights to change the type of prizes/gifts without prior notice depending on availability
- Cardmember must present BOC Credit Card, original charge slip(s) and NRIC/passport for verification upon redemption
- Prizes/gifts are non-transferable, nonexchangeable & non-replaceable for cash or kind in all cases, whether in whole or in part
- This promotion is not valid with any other promotions & cannot be combined or repeated with any existing promotions
- BOC does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of any prizes/gifts & shall not be responsible for any consequence in connection with the promotion and/or redemption
- By participating in this promotion, all Cardmembers consent to BOC for disclosing of their names, NRIC/passport numbers & such other details as may be necessary in connection with any redemption
