(d) Clause 14.1 (Statements, Advices and Confirmations)
(e) Clauses 15.1(h) and (i) (Suspension of Account and/or Services)
(f) Clause 16.3(d) (Closing of Account)
(g) Clauses 18.3(e), (f) and (g) (Exclusion of Liability)
(h) Clauses 21.1, 21.3(a), 21.5, 21.6, 21.7 and 21.8 (BOC's Personal Data Protection)
(i) Clauses 22.2(a) and (e) (Corporate Account Customer's Representations Relating to Personal Data Provided to BOC)
(j) Clause 23 (BOC's Agents)
(k) Clauses 35.1, 35.2(c), 35.3(a) and 35.4 (Notice or Communication)
