We will be revising the Bank’s floor rate for 3-Month Compounded Singapore Overnight Rate Average (SORA) Rate (the “Floor Rate”) for personal mortgage loans from 0.2% to 0.0% with effect from 1 April 2022. In the event that the 3M Compounded SORA Rate falls below the Floor Rate, the Floor Rate shall prevail.
