Notice of Temporary Delay in Credit Card Statement (with effect from 17 April 2025)

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to a recent ransomware attack at our third-party service provider, Toppan Next Tech Pte Ltd, we are taking the following added measures to protect your credit card data:

1. With effect 17 April 2025, we are temporarily delaying the generation of credit card statements (including e-statements via email and online/mobile banking) until further notice.

2. In the meantime, your account remain secure and fully operational. You can still view your credit card outstanding balance, statement balance, due date, and minimum payment through our online or mobile banking platforms.

3. If you are not yet enrolled in these services, please visit any of our branches to apply for online/mobile banking or contact our customer service hotline to inquire about your latest statement details.
