To enhance the security of your account information, the Bank will stop sending account statements via email with effect from 1 June 2026. This applies to Multi-Currency Savings Account (MCA), Current Account, Time Deposit Account and Mortgage Account. You can continue to view and download your account statements at any time through Mobile Banking or Online Banking.
If you have not registered for Mobile Banking or Online Banking, please download and complete the "Personal Account Services Application Form"and email it to enquiry.sg@bankofchina.com by 31 May 2026. We will process your request and activate the relevant services within three (3) working days.
If you require any of the following services, you may also submit your request via the same method:
- Retrieve your username or reset your password;
- Activate Mobile Banking (if you have Online Banking);
- Activate Online Banking (if you have Mobile Banking).
