ANS:Currently, you can perform balance enquiries and cash withdrawals.

Q4:Are there any fees and charges for using the ATMs in the atm⁵ network?

ANS:No, there is no transaction fee for cash withdrawals at the ATMs in the atm5 network.

Q5:Do I need to change my BOC ATM card in order to access the atm⁵ network?

ANS:No, you do not need to change your card. You can use your BOC MasterCard debit card issued by Bank of China, Singapore Branch to access the network.

Q6:Can I access the shared ATM network using my BOC ATM card issued by other countries/regions such as China, Malaysia or Thailand?

ANS:No, you can only access the shared ATM network with BOC MasterCard debit cards issued in Singapore.
