Bank of China London Branch Plans to Issue its 2023 Green Bonds

Bank of China Limited London Branch (“BOC London”) plans to issue its 2023 Green Bond in the near term. The use of proceeds, project evaluation and selection, management of proceeds, and reporting will follow the Green Bond Principles 2021 (GBP, 2021) included in Bank of China Limited Sustainability Series Bonds Management Statement. All the net proceeds of its Green Bond issuance will be used to fund new or existing green projects. Please refer to the attachments in relation to BOC London Sep 2023 Green Bond.
