Bank of China Limited London Branch (“BOC London”) plans to issue its 2025 Sustainability Bond in the near term. The use of proceeds, project evaluation and selection, management of proceeds, and reporting will follow the Green Bond Principles 2025, the Social Bond Principles 2025 and the Sustainability Bond Guidelines 2021 included in Bank of China Limited Sustainability Series Bonds Management Statement. All the net proceeds of its Sustainability Bond issuance will be used to fund new or existing Sustainability projects.
