We can provide exchange services in RMB, US Dollars, Euros, Hong Kong Dollars and many other currencies upon request. You can make exchanges via any of our branches as well as through our internet banking service.

It is commission free to exchange RMB cash with us.
If you hold any of our currency accounts, you can make currency exchanges by simply transferring funds between two existing accounts. The exchange rate is even better than our standard cash exchange rates.

If you hold any of our currency accounts, you can also carry out currency exchange via Internet Banking.
Required Documents
If you hold a Bank of China (UK) Limited account, please visit one of our branches for currency exchangeWe will not be able to serve you if you do not hold a Bank of China (UK) Limited account. Please bring the following documents if you wish to apply for a Bank of China (UK) Limited account:
- Valid identification (e.g. your Passport or UK Driving Licence)
- Proof of address (e.g. a utility bill or bank/credit card statement dated within the last 3 months)
