Due to the strong earthquake in Sichuan province on May 12, many customers are not able to go to Bank of China ticket outlets on time to submit payment and pick up tickets. To assist affected customers, BOCOG has extended the payment deadline for unpaid orders to May 23. Before this deadline, customers with unpaid orders can go to any Bank of China ticket outlet during normal business hours to have account balance settled and tickets printed. Please also note that from 24:00 May 14 to the end of Phase 3 ticket sales on June 9, the “order online, pay offline” method will no longer be available. During this period, orders placed online must be completed with online payment. Alternatively, customers may also choose to go to any Bank of China ticket outlet to purchase tickets directly.
BOCOG kindly reminds all customers with unpaid orders to go to Bank of China ticket outlets to settle any balance before the new deadline.
