At the request of BOCOG, starting from 13th September 2007, Bank of China will kick off the batch payment process for Phase 1 customers who have been allocated tickets in the lottery. For the success of the process, the lottery winners are therefore kindly reminded to make sure their payment accounts have adequate balance.
Where the customer opts to pay by a BOC savings account, please ensure that the account balance covers the total amount of tickets successfully allocated. Where VISA card is favored as the payment method, please see to it that the available credit line is no less than the total amount payable. Otherwise, payment failure may occur.
If the payment fails, the customer, upon notification by BOCOG, shall get a second chance to pay at the designated 1,000 BOC ticket outlets in person or through the BOCOG Ticketing Call Center, before the deadline prescribed by BOCOG.
