Bank of China has been recently announced to be the main ticketing distributor of Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Bank feels greatly honored and attaches great importance to the responsibility.
According to the Beijing Olympic Ticketing Program outlined by BOCOG, the first-phase ticket selling is to be soon launched in April. To ensure its success, the Olympic Affairs Department and Personal Banking Department of the Head Office jointly held the First BOC Olympic Ticketing Workshop on 13th and 14th March in Beijing. Around 100 staff from all the domestic tier-one branches attended the workshop.
The Head Office still plans to organize the second and third workshops as BOCOG’s second and third phases of Olympic ticket selling unfold.
