Mr. Zhang Wannian, a retired employee of BOC Fuxin Branch in Liaoning Province, who has just traveled on his bicycle passing through Jiujiang in Jiangxi Province yesterday, successfully arrives in Nanchang at 3:00 pm today.
A brief but warm ceremony is held by BOC Jiangxi Branch. People extend a warm welcome to him including Mr. Fang Hongguang, general manager, Mr. Shao Xiankang, secretary of party discipline committee as well as all the staffs of BOC Jiangxi Branch. In the ceremony, Mr. Shao Xiankang greets him with a welcome speech, and in return, Mr. Zhang Wannian presents his feelings as well.
Mr. Fang Hongguang, attaches the bank seal and a motto to Mr. Zhang’s specific propaganda banner. And Mr. Shao Xiankang says, to become the partner of Olympic Games is a splendid achievement realized by BOC employees, who work hard from one generation to another, which fills the international golden brand with energy and passion. Mr. Zhang takes an active part in showing the society the heart and mind of the employees in BOC, and realized the connection of the spirit of BOC and the spirit of Olympic Games. It is called on that all the employees of BOC should take Mr. Zhang for an example, to go all out in work, and firmly integrate daily work with Olympic affairs for the improvement of the service quality of BOC, according to the Olympic spirit, that is, “Higher, faster, stronger”.
After that, a bicycle team of the branch, which is formed by young employees, go with Mr.Zhang making a round of Nanchang City promoting the Olympic spirit to local people. Furthermore, Mr. Zhang will continue to visit 10 districts inside Jiangxi Province on his bicycle.
