Bank of China’s first Olympic licensee's outlet on mainland launched in Bank of China Ning Xia Branch on October 18, 2006. The licensee’s outlet is located on No. 170 Jie Fang West Street. Depending on good business circumstances and customer resources, the sales must be satisfactory.
The opening ceremony was hosted by Zheng Wenli, vice-general manager of Bank of China Ning Xia Branch. Luo Xiaoming, general manager of Ning Xia Branch and Xu Chen, general manager of BOC Olympic Affairs Department attended the ceremony and made speeches.

With the approval of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG), Bank of China, the banking partner of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, has become a BOCOG licensee to sell Olympic precious metal products, high-grade commemorative pins and other licensed merchandise.
With the support of BOCOG, Bank of China started to sell licensed Olympic products in Macao Special Administrative Region on January 27, 2006 and the products have been sought after. Bank of China aims at setting 100 outlets in cities across China by the end of 2007, bringing its customer resources into full play.


As banking partner, Bank of China vows to provide quality banking services for the 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
