Recently, results of the Tenth Best Employers selection were released. Bank of China was the only commercial bank among the top ten, and ranked the first on the Top 10 Employers list for the financial industry. That marks the fifth election of Bank of China as one of top ten best employers and its fifth No.1 title among the Top 10 Employers of the financial industry in five consecutive years.
The Best Employers survey was sponsored by ChinaHR.com, and the selection of this round was based on about 50,000 voters from college students and social groups with 1-5 years of employment, covering all of the country's provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities as well as Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and some overseas regions.
