Recently, the results of the fourth “360-degree Bank Evaluation” were announced. The evaluation was conducted by customers and sponsored by Bankrate, in which Bank of China won the “Precious Metal Customer Satisfaction Award” and “Personal Loan Customer Satisfaction Award” of 2012.
