The results of the 9th "Gold Prize of Round Table" of Chinese Boards of Listed Companies has recently been unveiled. Due its outstanding performance in corporate governance, BOC won the "Gold Round Table" Board Award.
Organized by Directors & Boards, the Award is evaluated from multiple dimensions such as board structure, behavior, performance and protection of shareholders' interests. A winner list is eventually built upon the procedures that include self-recommendation by listed companies, public voting and expert evaluation. As China's only professional periodical that focuses on corporate governance, the magazine enjoys great influence in China's corporate governance field.
It is BOC's third time to win the prize, showing continuous acknowledgments of BOC's corporate governance performance from the national capital market.
