The results of "2013 China Finance Service Excellence Awards" organized by The Asian Banker have recently been unveiled. Through its incomparable innovations in its services and outstanding business performance, BOC Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. (BOCCFC) was awarded with the "China Best Consumer Finance" Award once again -for the second consecutive year since 2012.
In 2012, BOCCFC conducted active explorations and achieved business breakthroughs in several fields: it established an automatic platform for real-time loan processing in credit mode to keep the period of real-time loan examination and approval under 15 minutes and increased the rate of automatic examination and approval to over 70 percent. It has also established a quantitative analysis process targeting customer risk features and risk exposure to dynamically adjust the rules of credit extension decisions, and innovatively developed the Easy Money Credit Card, a composite consumer finance tool combining the functions of credit consumption and consumer loan.
By the end of 2012, BOCCFC had registered a loan balance of over 1.9 billion yuan and a before-tax profit growth of 200 percent from the previous year, coming out on top among the pilot consumer finance companies in terms of market share and business benefit.
