Recently,in the 11th list of "Best Employers for Chinese University Students" released by ChinaHR.com, Bank of China (BOC) has topped in financial and national banking industry，ranking the second in the overall list, which makes BOC among the top 10 as the only financial enterprise. BOC has topped the list of "Best Employers for Chinese University Students" in financial industry and remained top 10 in the overall list of "Best Employers for Chinese University Students" for six consecutive years.
"Best Employers for Chinese University Students" is currently the employer branding survey of the highest level and greatest influence for university graduates in China. On this survey was voted from over 110,000 university students and graduates being employed with the sampling ratio of 4:1. Besides, the investigation covered 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and Hong Kong. The top 10 enterprises are China Mobile, BOC, Baidu, Lenovo, Microsoft, Alibaba, State Grid, Huawei, Sina and P&G in sequence.
This year, BOC has won several awards as the best employers. For example, BOC has won the "Gold Award for Domestic Enterprise in China" during the election of the most attractive employers hosted by Randstad Group in April. In June, BOC has topped the list of "Ideal Employers for Chinese Business Students" supported professionally by Universum for the fifth consecutive year.
