BOC (Malaysia) Kuching Branch has recently been established as BOC's first branch in east Malaysia as well as its sixth in Malaysia. So far, BOC's financial service network has covered the whole area of Malaysia.
BOC has established its branches in areas like Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Ipoh, Malaysia since 1939, and it has obtained the QFB license now. In 2011, BOC Malaysia was the only designated RMB clearing bank by Bank Negara Malaysia, also known as the Central Bank of Malaysia. Now BOC Malaysia has five branches in Muar, Penang, Kelang, Johor Bahru and Puchong respectively as well as a China visa application service center.
BOC (Malaysia) Kuching Branch deals with all commercial banking businesses, including personal and corporate deposit, loan and remittance, international clearing, RMB business, foreign currency exchange, prepaid card, etc. BOC will continue giving play to its distinctive advantages in trade financing, international settlement and RMB business to offer customers all-round financial services, such as clearing, settlement and financing.
