Lately, China Securities Journal revealed the winners of the "2013 Golden Bull Awards for Listed Companies". BOC was granted the award of "Golden Bull Top 100 Listed Companies", and Fan Yaosheng, Board Secretary of BOC, won the "Golden Bull Best Board Secretary" award.
The Golden Bull Awards selection of listed companies is sponsored by China Securities Journal. Listed companies are rated according to four indicators: full-year revenue, total A-share market capitalization, increase rate in operating income and net profit in the last three years, and total shareholder returns in the last three years; and winners are chosen by a judging panel.
Founded in 1992, China Securities Journal is a national specialized securities journal sponsored by Xinhua News Agency, and a designated medium of the CSRC for information disclosure of listed companies.
