Notice on Preferential Rates to AIP Purchase of New Funds

Bank of China will provide preferential rates for AIP purchase of Franklin Templeton Sealand Mid & Small Cap Equity Fund (450009), HFT Greater China Best Selection Fund (QDII) (519602), Huatai-PB SSE Mid-Small Cap ETF Feeder Fund (460220), BOCOM Trend Equity Fund (519702), First-Trust Blue Chip Selection Equity Fund (290006), First-Trust Enhanced Income Bond Fund A (290007), Galaxy Innovation Equity Fund (519674), Morgan Stanley Huanxin Consumption Pilot Balanced Fund (233008), Penghua Consumption Selection Equity Fund (206007), HSBC Jintrust Long Teng Equity Fund (540002), HSBC Jintrust Dynamic Balanced Fund (540003), HSBC Jintrust 2026 Lifestyle Balanced Fund (540004), and HSBC Jintrust Steady Enhanced Bond Fund (540005) on March 4, 2011. During the applicable period, for purchase of the above funds in Bank of China by means of "AIP trading" (including through counter and BOCNET), investors can enjoy the following preferential rates upon successful deduction: In case the purchase rate is higher than 0.6%, 20% discount is available (i.e. effective purchase rate = the original purchase rate × 0.8), and in case the discounted purchase rate is lower than 0.6%, 0.6% shall prevail; in case the original purchase rate is lower than 0.6%, the original one shall prevail. The preference is only applicable to the front-end load of open-end funds within normal purchase period, while the back-end load is excluded. The following funds will enjoy the preferential rates for AIP purchase:
