After the upgrading, Bank of China online banking (BOCNET) will support the direct online sale of fund, insurance and other products of such kind, and its services including third party custody, inter-bank cash management and online payment process will be optimized, and customer experience will also be improved.
After upgrading of the E-banking services, Bank of China will synchronously regulate its business rules. We will make great efforts to shorten the time of temporary suspension of BOCNET caused by the upgrading. During the period set forth in the announcement, if the actual suspension time were shortened and customer transactions could be normally conducted through online banking, mobile banking and home banking, then such transactions would be deemed to be effective.
