Dear customers,
To provide you with better financial services, we plan to upgrade our banking system in branches of Zhejiang, Fujian and Ningbo ("branches of Min Zhe Yong") in the coming days. During the period, services via personal online banking, mobile banking and home banking will be unavailable. The details are listed below:
Customers cannot log on online banking, mobile banking or home banking from 22:30, April 4, to 9:00, April 5, 2011; nor can they handle transactions of online payment, mobile payment or TV payment. Services of online banking, mobile banking and home banking concerning accounts in branches of Min Zhe Yong shall not be handled from 18:00, April 2 to 18:00, April 5, and so it is the same with transactions of online payment, mobile payment and TV payment. Online banking and mobile banking will be unavailable from 20:00, April 4 to 9:00, April 5 for transactions concerning accounts in the bank’s 23 branches of Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Tibet, Chongqing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Hainan, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin and Liaoning. And the same goes for online payment and mobile payment.
Scheduled transactions on April 3 or 4 via online banking and mobile banking concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong shall not be handled then.
Moreover, some service functions via online banking and mobile banking shall be influenced as follows:
1. Domestic inter-bank remittance and inter-bank cash management services
(1) Online banking and mobile banking shall be unavailable for domestic inter-bank remittance transactions (including. various spot and scheduled transactions) with the amount under RMB 50,000 (inclusive) for accounts concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong from 15:00, April 2, 2011. And the services shall run normal at 18:00, April 5.
(2) Online banking and mobile banking shall be unavailable for domestic inter-bank remittance transactions (including. various spot and scheduled transactions) with the amount over RMB 50,000 (inclusive) for accounts concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong from 16:30, April 2, 2011. And the services shall run normal at 9:00, April 6.
(3) Online banking and mobile banking shall be unavailable for cash management services (inter-bank superlink) via online banking (including management of accounts in other banks, management of accounts in our bank and inter-bank collection and payment) for accounts concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong from 15:30, April 2, 2011. And the services shall run normal at 18:00, April 5.
2. Transactions involving investment & wealth management:
(1) Funds
Services of fund entry orders and inquiry via online banking and mobile banking for accounts concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong shall be unavailable from 16:00, April 1 to 9:00, April 6.
(2) Small amount foreign exchange
Services of small amount foreign exchange via online banking for accounts concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong shall be unavailable from 20:00, April 2 to 9:00, April 5.
(3) Foreign exchange and gold
Services of foreign exchange and gold via online banking and mobile banking for accounts concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong shall be unavailable from 20:00, April 2 to 9:00, April 5. And the services shall also be unavailable for accounts concerning the bank’s 23 branches of Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Tibet, Chongqing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Hainan, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin and Liaoning from 9:00, April 4 to 9:00, April 5.
(4) B-share bank/securities transfer
Services of B-share bank/securities transfer via online banking and mobile banking for accounts concerning branches of Min Zhe Yong shall be unavailable from 15:00, April 1 to 9:00, April 6.
We will try our best to shorten the period of service suspension. If the actual suspension time is shortened during the above mentioned period, your transactions via online banking shall be handled as normal. And all relevant transactions herein shall be regarded as effective. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by the system upgrade.
