Dear customers,
To provide you with better financial services, we plan to upgrade our banking system in branches of Zhejiang, Fujian and Ningbo ("branches of Min Zhe Yong") in the coming days. During the period, services of corporate online banking will be unavailable. The details are listed below:
You will be unable to log on online banking from 22:30, April 4 to 9:00, April 5, 2011.
In addition, some functions of online banking corporate services shall be influenced as follows:
1. Agency collection and agency payment services: Online banking will suspend transactions of agency collection, agency payment, electronic collection, business credit card repayment and other volume businesses submitted in batch from 12:00, April 1, 2011. Relevant Transactions successfully submitted hereof will be postponed to 9:00, April 6.
2. Domestic inter-bank remittance and online banking inter-bank cash management (inter-bank superlink) services:
(1) Online banking will suspend domestic inter-bank remittance transactions (including various spot and forward transactions) under RMB 50,000 (inclusive) concerning accounts of branches of Min Zhe Yong from 15:00, April 2, 2011. The transaction shall be handled as normal at 9:00, April 6.
(2) Online banking will suspend domestic inter-bank remittance transactions (including various spot and scheduled transactions) over RMB 50,000 concerning accounts of branches of Min Zhe Yong from 16:30, April 2, 2011. And transactions will run normal at 9:00, April 6.
(3) Online banking will suspend online banking inter-bank cash management (inter-bank superlink) services (including. inter-bank account inquiry, inter-bank real-time transfer & remittance and inter-bank contracting) concerning accounts of branches of Min Zhe Yong from 15:30, April 2, 2011. And transactions will run normal at 9:00, April 6.
3. Online customs declaration services: Online customs declaration (guarantees for online duty payment) services submitted by corporate customers from 22:00, April 4 to 1:00, April 5, 2011 will be postponed to 1:00, April 5.
4. Return of goods for online payment: Transactions of bulk order return submitted by online payment merchants after 19:00, March 31, 2011 will be postponed to 9:00, April 5.
5. Account inquiry services: Online banking will suspend historical trading inquiry, payment received information inquiry, trading inquiry for customers and other services of 12:00, April 3, 2011. And transactions will run normal at 9:00, April 6.
6. Electronic drafts: Online banking will suspend electronic commercial draft issuance services of 20:00, April 2, 2011. And transactions will run normal at 9:00, April 6.
We will try our best to shorten the period of service suspension. If the actual suspension time is shortened during the above mentioned period, your transactions via online banking shall be handled as normal. And all relevant transactions herein shall be regarded as effective. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by the system upgrade.
