Notice on Business and Services Suspension During the System Upgrade

Dear customers,

To provide you with better financial services, we plan to upgrade our banking systems in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Suzhou branches (the three branches) from 18:00, June 3, to 18:00, June 6, 2011. During the suspension period, some business and services in certain regions will be unavailable. The details are listed below:

Note: "upgraded branches" refer to branches in Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Anhui, Henan, Hainan, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Zhejiang, Fujian and Ningbo.
