After internal discussion by Bank of China Limited (Bank of China) and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC Approval [2011] No.868), Mr. Li Aihua has been appointed as General Manager of Bank of China Custody and Investor Service Department.
Mr. Li Aihua, a master's degree holder, joined Bank of China in July 1988. While at the Bank Of China head office, he served as Deputy Director and Director of the American and Oceanian Affairs Division of International Business Department, and the Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager of Financial Institution Department. He has been the General Manager of Bank Of China Johannesburg Branch since September 2004.
