Dear customers,
To provide customers with diversified functions and improving user experience, we plan to upgrade our E-banking systems from 23:00, July 9 to 3:30, July 10, 2011 (Beijing Time). During the period, Bank of China online banking (BOCNET), mobile banking and home banking services will be unavailable. Meanwhile, the global cash management platform of Bank of China will also be upgraded, so online banking services for cash management customers will be suspended from 19:00, July 9 to 3:30, July 10 (Beijing Time). Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by the upgrade and thanks for your understanding.
After the upgrade, individual customers of Bank of China (excluding those in Guangdong, Shenzhen, Hunan, Hubei and Guangxi) can make appointments online for application of debit cards, online banking and mobile banking, activate credit cards and inquire about account information of e-Payment card online; while corporate customers can withdraw funds from or deposit funds to the equity exchange or bulk commodity exchange via corporate online banking, and inquire about balance, ledger and transaction information while conducting real-time repayment via the corporate online banking. The online banking menu and interface will also be optimized during the upgrade to improve customer experience.
To provide group customers with better cash management services, Bank of China will put the global cash management platform Version 3.0 into operation concurrently with new online banking cash management services available; and the existing online banking menu will be adjusted. Meanwhile, many cash management products on the global cash management platform Version 3.0 are available, please consult the relationship manager or product manager for details.
