To provide you with better online banking services, the bank's online banking system has recently been upgraded. The logon interface of online banking and logon mechanism of personal online banking have been optimized, and online reservation of account-opening is now available to individual customers.
1. Optimization of online banking logon interface. To facilitate online banking logon of different customers, the logon interface on the portal website is adjusted as "Personal Online Banking Logon", "Personal Online Banking (VIP) Logon" and "Corporate Online Banking Logon". Customers of personal online banking (Inquiry Version/Standard Version) can log on to online banking via "Personal Online Banking Logon". If you haven't activated online banking (VIP Version) over the counter for your Bank of China VIP debit card, you still need to log on via "Personal Online Banking Logon". "Personal Online Banking (VIP) Logon" and "Corporate Online Banking Logon" are available to customers of personal online banking (VIP Version) and corporate online banking respectively.
2. Optimization of online banking logon mechanism. To further improve customers' online banking experience and provide more convenient online financial services, the bank has optimized its logon mechanism of personal online banking. While on the logon page, customers of personal online banking (Standard Version/VIP Version) shall enter ID, password and verification code for logon, without e-Token. For conducting important financial transactions after logon, such as transfer of account, online payment or setting vital personal information, you need to enter e-Token and Bank of China SMS Code for further verification to ensure fund safety.
3. New function of "Select Security Tool". Currently, the default verification tools of the online banking system are those selected by customers while activating online banking over the counter (e-Token plus SMS Code), so you needn't to change security tools in "Personal Preference" or every important transaction link.
4. New function of online reservation of account-opening. To save customers' time of queuing over the counter for account opening, the function of online reservation of account-opening is newly added at the right side of the personal online banking logon page, including application reservation for debit cards, online banking, mobile banking and credit cards. After successful online reservation, you can directly handle relevant applications at outlets with valid documents, without filling in the application form.
In addition to the above functions, the real-time business card repayment and balance inquiry in securities trader custody and other functions are also available to corporate online banking customers.
